FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long is the rental period?
The standard rental period is 14 days. If you need more time, one-week extensions may be available when requested before the end of your rental period.
Do you deliver and pick up the totes?
Yes. Patriot Tote Rental delivers the totes to your drop-off address and picks them up when you’re finished. Your pickup address can be different from your delivery address.
What comes with each rental package?
Each package includes clean moving totes, matching lids, one dolly, delivery, pickup, and a 14-day rental period.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Southern New Hampshire. Delivery and pickup fees may vary based on distance from Manchester, NH.
What happens if a tote, lid, or dolly is lost or damaged?
Lost, damaged, or unreturned equipment may result in replacement charges. Current replacement charges are $20 per tote, $10 per lid, and $50 per dolly.
Can I request extra time?
Yes. One-week extensions may be available if requested at least 48 hours before your current rental period ends. Extension pricing depends on the package size.
